A well constructed and extremely seaworthy cruiser. In current ownership since 2005 and is the perfect boat for extended cruising or live aboard having loads of well laid out accommodation and deck space. The factory fitted aft canopy provides fantastic shelter from the elements and comes with a full awning plus a quality Bimini over the fly bridge and separate fly bridge cover.

A large bright and airy room sporting a useful “C” shaped dining area; of which the table can be lowered to create an extra double berth. On the opposite side there is additional seating for two people in the form of a daybed, which is useful for stretching out and catching that “power nap”. The lower helm position is located on the starboard side next to the side access sliding door and is equipped with all the necessary controls, monitoring devices and navigational aids. Next to this on the opposite side is the very useful chart table, capable of viewing/working on the entire chart. Above the table is located the Raymarine C80 chart plotter complete with charts covering the of the whole of the UK and Northern Europe through to Eastern Spain worth over £600 when bought new. Both the fixed table lamps are capable of being lit using either 220 volt of 12 volt via the conveniently located inverter sockets. Another useful safety feature, are the twin teak grab rails running the full length of the saloon, which are not only very strong and useful but look good as well. Ample storage is provided by way of a three drawer unit next to the chart table, three separate storage areas beneath the daybed accessed by either the integral doors or by lifting the seat, voluminous space beneath the dining area seating and separate cutlery draw, not forgetting the perfect lift up cabinet for storing your “sundowners”. To the rear, is the solid companionway leading onto the huge aft deck. Control for the Mikuni diesel fired heating system is located on the aft bulkhead.
Two large panels set into the teak laid sole provide unrivalled access to the engine room with total freedom of movement, making servicing very easy.
Aft Master Cabin
Providing the luxury of a 5ft. (1.5m) offset island berth housing the acrylic (or similar material) odour free fresh water tanks beneath. Storage for clothing is provided by two wardrobes and double drawer units below each of them. There is also a vanity unit with a mirror and lighting attached to the underneath of the hinged lid and a further sock drawer on the portside. Located next to the bed is a double seating area and a flat screen TV attached to an adjustable arm completes the line up.
Door access is provided to the en-suite bathroom/head, which is unique, for a vessel of her size, in providing a small bath with a shower over and enclosed with sliding screens. There is a Jabsco manually pumped toilet and separate sink unit with a mirrored vanity unit above and storage cupboard beneath. The sole has a nice polished teak grating concealing the self draining area beneath.
The whole area is very user friendly with ample overhead storage cupboards, double door unit beneath the twin stainless steel sink unit providing nice deep bowls and two further drawers below that. Located in the bulkhead behind the sink area are two further cabinets useful for storing cups and glasses in particular. Access to the deep storage bin is gained through a lift up lid, sunk into the worktop. The cooker a full sized freestanding unit with 4 burner top and single oven/grill and an extractor fan above. Additional cooking facilities are provided by the microwave oven. There is also a freestanding 12v Waeco fridge with freezer box fixed below the main worktop. Whilst not a standard storage area, we found the shelf below the double windows very useful for keeping our saucepans which never once fell down, regardless of the weather conditions. Access to the rear of the engine room, can be achieved by lifting the hinged companionway and opening the well sound proofed door.
Dominating the space is a 6ft. (1.8m) at its widest point, island berth with a two drawer unit at its foot and seating/storage bins to either side. By rolling back the mattress you reveal an enormous space, which we likened to our loft! On the starboard side is a small vanity unit with lift up top and a mirrored door to a shelved storage cupboard (very useful for the towels and bedding). There is a swing out, height adjustable seat beneath. Next to this is the deep wardrobe unit. A second wardrobe is located on the portside with a single draw unit beneath. Access to the chain locker is from the hatch door at the head of the bed and access to the forward section of the engine room is gained by a similar arrangement to that provided in the galley but this now accommodates the automatic washing machine….makes all the difference when cruising (much better than washing by hand and wringing out by twisting on the handrails).
Once again, a separate door leads to the second head fitted with a Jabsco manual pump flush, sink unit with pullout shower head and shower curtain rail (never used). The sole is similar to the aft bathroom, with polished teak grating and self draining area beneath.
