There is also a good sized lounge area, with fantastic sliding doors leading out to a small terrace area. These doors run the full width and height of the room and offer great light and views.
There is a small single bedroom, and a large double bedroom with built in storage and bed. The showeroom can be accessed from either the hallway or the double bedroom. it has a full sized toilet with macerator, hand basin, heated towel rail and a large shower cubicle.
There is laminate flooring throughout the houseboat, which comes on a secure residential mooring. Externally, the structure is clad with low maintenance composite boards, that again need no ongoing maintenance other than an occasional clean.
Peggy Rose offers easy, economical and maintenance free living, whilst also being a comfortable size.

Most residential moorings are secure areas with mains electric and water provided, mooring fees for a secure residential mooring tend to be between £1 and £1.50 per foot of length per week.
